The following metrics continue to quantify the tremendous efficiencies that the electronic medical record (EMR) system brings to our clients and employees:

• After just two weeks of running the system, providers were closing over 95% of their encounters the same day of the visit. Many were closing 100%.
• Waiting room time has decreased from 35 minutes before EMR to 22 minutes post go-live.
• Average patient visit cycle time has reduced from 145 minutes to about 117 minutes (we anticipate a further decrease in cycle time as the clinic acclimatizes to the EMR processes).
