OCHIN provides multiple levels of technical assistance to primary care providers and practices who are either looking to implement an EHR system or who are interested in getting more from their current system. The service offerings are based on OCHIN’s proven EHR implementation and optimization model, which is specifically designed to ensure that providers have ongoing access to all the necessary tools to:

• Minimize the chance of EHR implementation failure;
• Get all providers trained and working on certified EHR systems;
• Support those providers using certified EHRs to achieve meaningful use; and,
• Assist those at meaningful use to leverage their EHRs to optimize their delivery of health care.

With every engagement, OCHIN staff are focused on developing a strong rapport with interested parties–we listen and seek to understand the specific needs of the provider/practice and then lay out how our services can meet those specific needs.
