OCHIN has specifically customized this platform for Federally Qualified Health Center's (FQHC's) and Rural Health Center's (RHC's). OCHIN specializes in providing these services to organizations serving the medically underserved including community health clinics and small practice groups.
OCHIN uses this tool for the scanning, indexing and retrieval of business information such as insurance cards and HIPAA forms that are captured at the front desk on paper but need to be in electronic format to improve workflow and productivity.

In addition to the above system, OCHIN has developed a product we call Solutions. Solutions provides OCHIN members with a powerful quality improvement data warehousing tool pre-packaged with 150 clinical and non-clinical metrics used in other large clinical organizations
OCHIN has also developed reports to assist the clinics managers track when provider’s schedules are getting full.
Many OCHIN member organizations perform automated reminders and patient notifications through TeleVox. These services are made possible through an interface between OCHIN and TeleVox.
